Part of ERS – Evaluation & Retention System

Traceability dashboard

An executive summary with final score, level achieved, a comparison between self-assessment and manager evaluation, salary recommendations and a development plan.

The data exists, but nobody sees the big picture

100% traceability: every decision about a person can be traced back to the data that produced it.

After an evaluation round, the information usually sits in dozens of separate files. Leadership can't quickly see where the best people are, where the risks are, or what the proposed salary decisions will cost.

Without a consolidated view, decisions are still made on intuition, even when the evaluation itself was done properly.

The traceability dashboard brings the results together in one place and shows, for every decision, where it comes from.

What's included

Concrete, ready-to-use deliverables, adapted to the reality of your organization.

How we work

A clear process, with your team validating every stage.

  1. Connect the evaluation results

We take the scores from the ERS evaluation model.

  2. Define the views leadership needs

What the CEO needs to see, and what each manager needs to see.

  3. Deliver the executive summary

A clear, one-page picture for every level of decision-making.

  4. Update every cycle

The dashboard becomes more valuable with every evaluation round.

What changes in the company

The result isn't one more document, but a clearer way of working for everyone.

  • Fast decisions at leadership levelWho deserves promotion, who is at risk of leaving, where intervention is needed.
  • Salary budget under controlSee the impact before you communicate the decisions.
  • Risks visible earlyLarge perception gaps and drops in performance come to the surface.
  • Transparency towards the teamEvery decision can be explained with data.

Where it fits in the ERS system

Each service can be contracted on its own, but the greatest value appears when the pieces connect, just like roles in a production workflow.

Frequently asked questions

In what format do we receive the dashboard?

We agree on the format together, based on the tools your company already uses, so we don't add yet another system to learn.

Who has access to the data?

We define access levels: leadership sees the full picture, each manager sees their own team. People data is treated as confidential.

Can it be used without the rest of the ERS system?

The dashboard is most valuable when it draws on the ERS evaluation model. If you already have an evaluation system, we can review together whether its data can be used.
