1. Who we are
Marisoph Consulting is the brand under which PROFESSIONAL NANO SOLUTIONS SRL, based in Bucharest, Romania, provides HR consulting and organizational architecture services, including the ERS – Evaluation & Retention System.
2. What data we collect and why
Through the form on the Free ERS audit page we collect your name, email address, message and, optionally, your company, approximate number of employees, phone number, the service you are interested in and your preferred language. We use this data solely to respond to your request and to schedule the requested conversation.
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR) and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
To protect against abuse, the date, time and IP address from which the form was sent are also recorded.
3. How data is transmitted and stored
Form data is sent by email to contact@marisoph.ro through the server hosting the website. We do not keep a separate database of requests on the website.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent your data. It may only be accessed by the providers of our website hosting and email services, to the extent necessary for them to operate, or by authorities where required by law.
5. How long we keep data
Correspondence is kept for the duration of the business relationship and for a maximum of 3 years after the last interaction, unless the law requires a longer period.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise these rights, write to contact@marisoph.ro; we reply within 30 days at most.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP): www.dataprotection.ro.
